Breakfast Morning: Cinnamon Oatmeal with real apples

This morning I started my day of healthy eating with these healthy breakfast “Cinnamon Oatmeal with real apples”. It is a perfect breakfast to go and easy to prepare, especially for those people who ran out of time. And beside oatmeal is a source of fiber. That means that when you eat oats for breakfast, you feel full for a long time. Breakfast foods that has high in sugar and fat can make you feel full for a brief period of time, but then you feel hungry again. If you have an oatmeal breakfast, consisting of blended fruit can satisfy your hunger easily until lunch. So if you miss eating oatmeal for breakfast, you miss out on a delicious way to add fiber and nutrients to your body first in the morning.

These is my cinnamon oatmeal with real apples version.
