Healthy Granola Recipe

Granola is commonly known as one of the healthiest breakfast food and snack food. In America, granola is popular. Did you know that besides serving as food and snack granola is also eaten by those who love hiking, camping, or backpacking because it is lightweight, high calories, and easy to store. You can eat granola in combination with yogurt, honey, strawberries, bananas, milk, blueberries and other forms of cereal. Did you know that granola is used to help improve our digestion.
